A.
All nonstop and through truck traffic traveling in an eastern direction
on State Highway 72, which is also West Main Street in the City, upon
entering Armory Street, at the intersection of West Main Street and
Armory Street, shall travel south on Armory Street to West College
Avenue; thence east on West College Avenue to East College Avenue
and Business U.S. Highway 67, which is also South Main Street in the
City; thence east on East College Avenue to East College Avenue and
South Mine LaMotte Avenue; thence north on South Mine LaMotte Avenue
to East Main Street and South Mine LaMotte Avenue; thence continuing
in an easterly direction on State Highway 72.
B.
All nonstop and through truck traffic traveling in a western direction
on State Highway 72, which is also Lincoln Drive in the City, shall
travel westerly to the intersection of Highway 72 and South Mine LaMotte
Avenue; thence south on South Mine LaMotte Avenue to East College
Avenue and South Mine LaMotte Avenue; thence west on East College
Avenue to West College Avenue and Business U.S. Highway 67, which
is also South Main Street in the City; thence west on West College
Avenue to Armory Street; thence north on Armory Street to Armory Street
and Highway 72, which is also West Main Street in the City; thence
west on State Highway 72 continuing in a westerly direction.
