In accordance with Section 355.130 of this Code, the following locations are designated two-hour parking areas:
A.
Prohibited At All Times. No person shall park or allow to be parked
any motor vehicle at any time for a period of time exceeding two (2)
hours on any of the following streets or portions thereof:
1.
North Main Street. For all of the west side of North Main Street
in the City fronting on the north twenty (20) feet of Lots 2, 3, 4,
5, 6 and 7 of the Northwest Square Addition to the City, except for
two (2) parking spaces in front of the County Jail which is located
on Lot 4 of the Northwest Square Addition to the City.
B.
8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. Monday Through Saturday, Except Certain Holidays.
No person shall park a vehicle on any street in the City for longer
than two (2) hours at any time between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and
6:00 P.M. on Monday through Saturday, inclusive, except on all City,
County, and State election days, Christmas Day, Labor Day, New Year's
Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Veterans'
Day.
C.
6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. Monday Through Friday. No person shall park
or allow to be parked, any motor vehicle at any time for a period
of time exceeding two (2) hours between 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on
either side of West Main Street beginning at the intersection of West
Main Street and Park Drive and traveling west to the intersection
of West Main Street and Armory Street.
D.
The locations below are designated two-hour parking spaces in accordance with Section 355.130:
