It shall be unlawful for a person to consume alcoholic beverages on public highways, including within vehicles thereon, or in any other public place not duly licensed for consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises.
The term "public place" as used herein shall be construed to include any way or any place to which the public has a right of access, or any place to which members of the public have access as invitees or licensees, except as provided herein.
Whoever violates this bylaw shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 for each violation.
