Peace and good order — See Ch. 221.
No person shall place, throw, deposit, or discharge trash, bottles or cans, refuse, rubbish, garbage, scrap, waste, or other material of any kind, in or on the public streets, public places, or any place that is controlled or cared for by the Town or its agents or on any private property, except property which is owned or leased as a lessee by the person.
Section 192-1 of this bylaw shall not apply to placing or depositing trash, refuse or litter on property or in a receptacle which has been designated, assigned or provided by the Town for dumping, placing or depositing trash or refuse.
Whoever violates § 192-1 of this bylaw shall be punished by a fine of $200 for each violation.
