No person shall construct an opening, driveway or entrance in
or on any Town way, for any purpose, without a written permit therefor
from the Board of Selectmen and in accordance with regulations adopted
by the Board of Selectmen.
The Board of Selectmen may make such regulations concerning
the construction of openings, driveways, and entrances on Town ways
and the issuance of permits therefor as the Board of Selectmen deems
necessary and proper for the public convenience and safety.
Whoever violates this bylaw shall be liable to a penalty of
not more than $50 for each violation.
