Hunting of wild game. Hunting of wild game shall be permitted when it has been determined by the Village Board that such hunting is necessary for proper game management or to protect persons, parks or other property and would not pose a threat to health and safety in the area where such game hunting shall take place. Such game hunting may only take place at such time, place and manner as the Village Board may direct and shall be in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to game hunting. The Police Chief and Village Board will draft special rules to be followed for the duration of any hunt in the Village of Luck. Hunting of wild game will only be allowed within the Village of Luck by a permit issued and approved by the Police Chief or Village Board. Hunting will be allowed on private or public lands, with a valid Village of Luck issued permit.
