In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws,
Chapter 40, Section 58, the Town may impose and record a municipal
charges lien for the failure to timely pay any of the following categories
of municipal charges and fees:
A.
Payments that are required by any condition of a special permit,
permit, variance, license, site assignment, site plan review or other
written approval that is issued by any board, commission or committee
of the Town, regardless of whether said issuance occurred prior to
the adoption of this by-law.
