A.
The Selectpersons, may, as provided by Section 13 of Chapter 148
of the Massachusetts General Laws issue a license for the keeping,
storage, manufacture or sale of any of the items named in Section
9 of Chapter 148.
B.
However, no license under this By-Law shall be required for the storage
of up to 10,000 gallons of home heating fuel oil.
Any Such license granted hereunder shall be subject to such
conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed in the license by
the Select Board, which may include a condition that the license be
exercised to such extent and within such period as may be fixed by
the Select Board.
The fees to be charged for licenses granted under this chapter
are hereby established as follows:

The owner or occupant of any land licensed as provided heretofore,
shall on or before the 30th day of April, each year, file with the
Town Clerk a certificate of registration setting forth the name and
address of the holder of such license and pay therefore a fee of 1/2
the amount of the license fee then in effect.
The license fee and annual registration fee shall be waived
for any political sub-division or agency thereof.
