The requirements of this article for Single Residence A and Single Residence B are to be found in Article 7, Single Residence A Districts, and Article 8, Single Residence B Districts*.

Such increase in area in Single Residence B Districts shall not apply to a lot for single-family residential use which on September 28, 1982, was not held in common ownership with any adjoining land and had less than 80,000 square feet, but at least 40,000 square feet of area and 150 feet of frontage.
The requirements of this article for General Residence is to be found in Article 10, General Residence Districts.
In Limited Business and General Business Districts the minimum lot area for each dwelling unit shall be as follows:
A. 
For a single-family dwelling, 15,000 square feet;
B. 
For a semi-detached dwelling, 11,250 square feet per unit;
C. 
For a two-family dwelling, 10,000 square feet per unit;
D. 
For any other structure containing housekeeping units or lodgings, 7,500 square feet per housekeeping unit and 1,250 square feet per lodge.
In General Business and Office Park Districts land laid out after the adoption of this Bylaw shall provide a minimum lot area for non-residential use of one acre.
In Neighborhood Business Districts, the minimum lot area shall be 20,000 square feet.
In Limited Industrial and General Industrial Districts the minimum lot area shall be one acre.
In Maritime Industrial Districts the minimum lot area shall be one acre.
