It shall be unlawful to operate on, over or across Wolfrum Road
any double axle motor vehicle or truck with a vehicle weight limit
over thirteen (13) tons prior to obtaining a special use permit from
the City Engineer of Weldon Spring. The special use permit will require
the posting of an appropriate bond as determined necessary by the
City Engineer, as a guarantee that this public road will be maintained
and restored to the same condition as at the time that the special
use permit is approved. The prohibition shall not apply to a vehicle
or truck involved with farming or agriculture industry. Further, the
prohibition shall not apply to delivery vehicles or trucks to residential
properties or commercial businesses that use Wolfrum Road as the only
access to the property. A copy of the special use permit must be within
all vehicles or trucks required to have a special use permit, and
the City Engineer will be allowed a reasonable fee for administrative
review and inspection of permit applications.
