The Dartmouth Select Board may appoint up to four individuals
to serve as Associate Members on the Dartmouth Conservation Commission.
Each appointed Associate Member is required to attend all of the regularly
scheduled Conservation Commission meetings. In the absence of one
or more of the seven regular members of the Dartmouth Conservation
Commission, an Associate Member shall be asked to sit in for that
absentee during a public hearing and so vote as a regular member would.
