All notes authorized by a vote of the town shall be countersigned
by a majority of the Selectpersons.
The Selectpersons shall meet at least once every two weeks.
A.Â
To ensure
coordination between the Select Board and the Executive Administrator
and to ensure that the policies of the Select Board are carried out,
the Select Board shall provide the Executive Administrator with periodic
consultation on job performance and the enactment of policies adopted
by the Select Board. The Select Board shall also provide guidance
to the Executive Administrator by discussing emerging concerns.
B.Â
The Select
Board shall cause to be prepared reports of town business and distribute
such reports to all Town Meeting members.
