The Board of Public Works shall designate a person to act as
Draw Tender for the drawbridge over Apponagansett River at Padanaram.
No person shall cause a vessel to pass through the draw without
the permission of the draw tender first obtained.
Whoever violates any of the provisions of this By-Law shall
be punishable by a fine not exceeding $300.
