Authorizing the incurrence of nonelectoral debt of the Township
of Thornbury by the issuance of its $2,000,000 general obligation
note, series of 2010, for the purpose of providing funds for and towards
financing the construction of a sewer expansion project and related
capital improvements and in connection with the foregoing, the acquisition
of necessary or suitable furnishings, equipment and machinery, and
paying the costs of issuing the note; authorizing the preparation
and filing of a debt statement and other documentation
