That all streets in all new subdivisions hereafter formed in
the Town of Carrollton, Missouri, shall be sixty (60) feet in width.
That all main arteries in said subdivisions shall have a crown of
thirty two (32) feet and all side streets shall have a crown of twenty-four
(24) feet. That all of said streets shall have permanent type guttering
and curbings, constructed of concrete or asphalt, with six (6) inches
depth of gravel in the street bed.

That all streets in new subdivisions constructed as aforesaid
shall meet with the approval of the then acting and appointed Street
Commissioner of the Town of Carrollton, Missouri, before said streets
are accepted by the Council of said Town.
