A.
All newly hired Peace Officers shall be required to have no more
or less than one hundred twenty (120) hours of training for certification
by the Department of Public Safety.
B.
Newly hired Law Enforcement Officers shall have a one-year period
after appointment to be certified by the Department of Public Safety.
