A fee shall be established by the Township Board of Commissioners
for review of the drainage plan and BMP operations and maintenance
plans to defray review costs incurred by the municipality. The applicant
shall pay all such fees.

1.
The fees required by this Chapter 23A shall at a minimum cover:
A.
The review of the drainage plan and BMP Operations and Maintenance
Plan by the Township Engineer.
B.
The site inspection.
C.
The inspection of required controls and improvements during construction.
D.
The final inspection upon completion of the controls and improvements
required in the plan.
E.
Any additional work required to monitor and enforce any permit provisions, regulated by this Chapter 23A, correct violations, and assure the completion of stipulated remedial actions.
F.
Administrative and clerical costs.
