[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Howards Grove as Title 15, Ch. 4, of the 1993 Code of Ordinances;
amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. II). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village Board of the Village of Howards Grove hereby adopts § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., as amended, and all subsequent amendments thereto. The
officials and employees of the Village of Howards Grove shall assist
in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing
within the Village of Howards Grove by implementing the authority
and enforcement procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain forms for complaints to
be filed under § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and shall assist any
person alleging a violation thereof in the Village of Howards Grove
to file a complaint thereunder with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce
Development for enforcement of § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
