A. 
Upon approval by the City, of the installation of improvements or such other arrangements made therefor, the subdivider shall submit the final plat of the subdivision which shall conform to the requirements of Section 410.150 hereof. Said final plat shall first be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for its approval or disapproval. The final plat shall be checked by the Planning and Zoning Commission for conformance with the approved preliminary plat and with the rules and regulations of this Chapter. Within sixty (60) days after the submission of the final plat to the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Commission shall approve or disapprove the plat, otherwise, the plat shall be deemed approved by the Commission; except that the Commission with consent of the applicant for approval, may extend the sixty-day period. The grounds for disapproval of any final plat by the Commission shall be made a matter of record. The Commission's approval of any such final plat may be given subject to certain recommendations.
B. 
Once the final plat is reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with this Chapter, and is either approved (with or without recommendation) or disapproved, said final plat shall be submitted to the Board of Aldermen, along with a written statement of the Planning and Zoning Commission's action and recommendations, if any. The Board of Aldermen shall afford a hearing on the final plat, notice of the time and place of which shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation and shall be sent by the Administrative Officer by registered or certified mail to the subdivider or his/her designated agent, not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the hearing. If accepted, the final plat shall be approved by ordinance within sixty (60) days from submission, which ordinance shall also provide for the acceptance of all streets, easements or other public ways and parks or other open spaces which are offered to be dedicated for public purposes, if any, and which are desired and appropriate to be accepted by the City, if any.
C. 
Once the final plat is approved by the Board of Aldermen, as provided for herein, the Board of Aldermen shall instruct the City Clerk to certify its action on the original final plat and ten (10) copies thereof. The subdivider shall cause the final plat of the subdivision, as approved to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Deeds and shall submit proof of such recorded plat to the City within a reasonable time thereafter.

A. 
The final plat on tracing cloth and ten (10) prints thereof, together with copies of any deed restrictions where such restrictions are too lengthy to be shown on the plat, shall be submitted to the Board of Aldermen. The final plat is to be drawn at a scale of not more than one hundred (100) feet to the inch from an accurate survey and on one (1) or more sheets whose maximum dimension are eighteen (18) inches by twenty-four (24) inches. If more than two (2) sheets are required, an index sheet of the same dimensions shall be filed showing the entire subdivision on one (1) sheet and the areas shown on the other sheets.
B. 
The final plat shall show:
1. 
The boundary lines of the area being subdivided with accurate distances and bearings.
2. 
The lines of all proposed streets and alleys with their widths and names.
3. 
The accurate outline of any portions of the property intended to be dedicated or granted for public use.
4. 
The line of departure of one (1) street from another.
5. 
The lines of all adjoining property and the lines of adjoining streets and alleys with their widths and names.
6. 
All lot lines with an identification system for all lots and blocks.
7. 
The location of all building lines and easements provided for public use, services and utilities.
8. 
All dimensions, both linear and angular, necessary for locating the boundaries of the subdivision, lots, streets, alleys, easements, and any other areas for public or private use. Linear dimensions are to be given to the nearest one-hundredths (1/100) of a foot.
9. 
The radii, arcs, chords, points of tangency and central angles for all curvilinear streets and radii for rounded corners.
10. 
The location of all survey monuments and benchmarks together with their descriptions.
11. 
The name of the subdivision, a small sketch showing its general location, and the scale of the plat, points of the compass, and name of the owner or owners or subdivider.
12. 
The certificate of the surveyor attesting to the accuracy of the survey and the correct location of all monuments shown.
13. 
Acknowledgement of the owner or owners to the plat and restrictions, including dedication to public use of all streets, alleys, parks or other open spaces shown thereon and the granting of easements required.
14. 
Certificates of approval for endorsement by the Board of Aldermen.
