The fees for the review of plans and for other sundry costs
incurred by the City of Jonesburg in the platting process shall be
paid to the City Clerk by the developer as follows: No fee will be
required upon submittal of a sketch plan for review by the City staff.
Upon submitting a preliminary plat for approval, a base fee of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) plus two dollars ($2.00) for each lot in
the subdivision therein proposed shall be paid. Upon submitting a
final plat for approval by the Board of Aldermen, a base fee of one
hundred dollars ($100.00) plus one dollar ($1.00) for each lot in
the subdivision therein proposed shall be paid. The fees herein provided
shall be in addition to any other fees imposed by this Chapter or
other ordinances.
