Every person desiring to connect premises to the municipal sewage system of the City of Jonesburg, Missouri, shall pay to the City the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a residential premises or five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a commercial premises as a permit fee before commencing any work to connect thereto, which sum shall not be refundable and shall be in addition to material charge of actual cost plus ten percent (10%) on materials.

In accordance with the utilities being provided by the City of Jonesburg, specifically relating to water, sewer and solid waste disposal, the Board of Aldermen determines that a deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) may be required for each residential or commercial establishment who shall receive water, sewer and/or solid waste disposal; said deposit to be returned or so much thereof that shall remain after all water, sewer, and/or solid waste disposal bills are paid, without interest, and such residential or commercial establishments give the City notice to quit said utility services.
