Utility bills will be due and payable on or before the 10th
of each month.

If not paid by the 15th of each of each month a 10% delinquent
charge will be added.

If not paid on or before the 25th of each month defaulting customers
will be shut off. Services will not be turned on again until all arrearages
are fully paid together with the additional reconnection fee.
