Any limousine service with a principal place of business located within the Township of Woolwich shall establish compliance in all respects with N.J.S.A. 16-13 et seq. The limousine company is responsible to update the Township's records any time a limousine is taken out of service or a new limousine or limousines is/are added to the fleet.
A. 
Any such limousine company shall submit a one-time fee in the amount of $100, along with its application for a limousine license.
B. 
The limousine company shall pay an additional fee of $10 for each limousine owned and operated by the limousine company.
As part of the application process, the limousine company shall establish full compliance with N.J.S.A. 48:16-14, governing insurance policies on limousines.
