The Ross Township Board of Commissioners does hereby adopt the
Ross Township Employee Handbook, Policy, Procedures and Code of Conduct
Manual attached hereto as Exhibit A[1] as the official Ross Township Employee Manual.

The Ross Township Board of Commissioners does hereby mandate
the implementation of the same and directs each employee to adhere
to the provisions thereof.
