Editor's Note: This local law was adopted as Ch. 20 but
was renumbered to maintain the alphabetical organization of the Code.
The appointed positions of Village Clerk-Treasurer, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer,
Code Enforcement Officer, Police Administrator, Village Attorney and
Coordinator of Public Works may be filled with any qualified person
having residency in the Village of North Collins or within the County
of Erie.
