There is hereby established an EDIP Project
Review Committee to consist of the City Treasurer, the City Solicitor,
the Chair of the Board of Assessors, a councilor at large, the ward
councilor in whose ward the proposed project is to be located, the
Director of Planning and Development and the Director of the Office
of Community Development.
The purpose of said Committee shall be to review
proposed protects under the Economic Development Incentive Program
(EDIP) including special tax assessment (sta) and tax incentive financing
(tif). The Committee shall make recommendations to the Mayor and the
City Council pursuant to the guidelines established in 420 CMR 2.00-2.18.
