Town of Hyde Park, NY Chapter 12 Fees

§ 12-1 Fee schedule.

The Town Board shall have the power to impose, and set, all fees as may be specified and/or referred to in the Town of Hyde Park Code and all other fees which the Town charges for all other services and programs of the Town not specifically referred to in the Town Code through the adoption of a Fee Schedule which shall be established by the Town Board by resolution and amended on an annual basis from time to time as needed. The Town Board shall have the power to establish and amend such Fee Schedule pursuant to a resolution duly adopted by the Town Board without the necessity for the enactment of a local law or ordinance.

§ 12-2 Supersession of specific fees.

In the event that any provision of the Town Code specifies a fee in a certain amount, that fee may be superseded by the fee set forth in the Town's Fee Schedule adopted by the Town Board pursuant to § 12-1 of the Code.
