The purpose of this district is to provide for controlled development of commercial areas surrounding established community shopping centers to meet the general needs of the population for shopping and services on sites which have access to the regional highway network.

In the B-1 Planned Shopping Center District, only the following uses are authorized:

In the B-1 Planned Shopping Center District, all uses shall be subject to the following regulations, except as they may be modified by the express standards and criteria for the specific conditional uses and uses by special exception contained in Part 19.

Minimum Lot Frontage: 50 feet.

Maximum Impervious Surface Coverage: 75%.
