Appointing Water Commissioners for the erection of water works

Ocean datum as established by the United States Government and
indicated by a benchmark on the pumping stating of the Sewickly Water
Works, on the Ohio River, in said Borough, be and is hereby adopted
and established as datum of the Borough of Sewickley. Said benchmark,
according to the figures of the United States Government is 712.89
feet above mean tide at Sandy Hool.
