Pursuant to the dictates of Pennsylvania Law at 72 P.S. § 5511.26(a),
the Supervisors of the Township of North Fayette do hereby appoint
GTN Law, P.C., as the Delinquent Tax Collector.

The appointed Tax Collector shall comply with the provisions
of the Public School Code of 1949, 24 P.S. § 6-686, with
respect to collection of taxes, and the giving of bond in the same
manner as required of the original Tax Collector, as well as being
paid such commissions or compensations as is paid the regular collector.

Delinquent Tax Collector, GTN Law, P.C., shall have the same
powers, rights, privileges, duties and obligations as set forth in
the Public School Code of 1949, 24 P.S. § 6-686.

The North Fayette Township Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes
the Tax Collector of North Fayette Township to provide tax certifications
upon request by the public.

The Tax Collector of North Fayette Township may assess, collect
and retain, from the party requesting the certification, as compensation
for providing such additional service, a fee in the amount as established,
from time to time, by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, for
each year for which a certification is requested, not to exceed a
total in the amount as established, from time to time, by resolution
of the Board of Supervisors.
