As authorized by Act 57-2003, 53 P.S. § 5607, and
based upon the duly authorized and commissioned rate study findings
set forth in Schedule 18-1-A, hereof, the Township of North Fayette
hereby ordains and adopts, and establishes as the updated schedule
of fees for use of and connection to its two separate sewage facilities,
specifically (1) for areas of the Township within the Montour Run
Watershed; and, (2) for areas of the Township within the Robinson
Run Watershed, the maximum rates permitted under law as set forth
in Schedule 18-1-A hereof, which Schedule 18-1-A is incorporated herein
and made a part hereof.
