The Sewer System Rules and Regulations, dated as of April 1,
1976, presented to this meeting, are hereby approved and adopted by
the Board of Supervisors of the Township of North Fayette.

Copies of these rules and regulations shall be kept on file
with the Township Secretary of the Township of North Fayette and shall
be followed at all times in the operation and maintenance of the Township's
sewer system.[1]
