a.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of or any order promulgated under this chapter or Standards for Individual
Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems (1989), as amended and supplemented,
made a part hereof shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of
not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each violation at the discretion
of the court.
b.
Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
