1. 
Commencing January 6, 2014, the Tax Collector of the Township of Collier shall receive compensation as follows, subject to a maximum of $10,000 in accordance with the Local Tax Collection Law:
A. 
The amount of $3.50 per printed bill, if the Tax Collector bears all costs of printing and postage.
B. 
The amount of $2.25 per printed bill, if the Township bears all costs of printing and postage.
C. 
Minimal office space will be provided for tax collection in the Municipal Building during the peak collection period only.
D. 
The payment schedule in § 1-301, Subsection 1A and B, shall apply to interim bills.
E. 
Should the Tax Collector deputize an experienced corporate tax collection service acceptable to the Township to handle all collection duties, at a cost not exceeding the compensation stated at § 1-301, Subsection 1A, above, the Tax Collector shall receive $0.10 per bill compensation.
2. 
Real estate tax certifications shall be provided for a fee of $10 per year being certified.

Commencing, January 6, 2014, the appointed Treasurer shall be compensated for duties performed other than tax collection in such amount as may be set by resolution of the Board of Commissioners.
