Note: To facilitate the best possible understanding by those who intend to plat and develop land within the Town of Vinland, this Subdivision Ordinance is based on the Winnebago County Subdivision Ordinance that went into effect (as amended) on March 22, 1989. The County Ordinance is being used as the basis for the Vinland Subdivision Ordinance because all platting in the Town must be consistent with County regulations. The ordinance has been updated with references to the Town and more restrictive or additional regulations set by the Town.
