A.
Ameren Missouri shall advise the City of Vinita Park monthly, in
writing, where there is a change of user of residential and non-residential
electric services within the city within seven (7) working days after
the end of each month, indicating the address and apartment or unit
number and the name(s) in which service is connected or billed.
B.
Ameren shall submit annually to the City an invoice for its cost
associated with this ordinance. The initial cost of this service shall
not exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Future price increases,
if any, will reflect the actual cost incurred by Ameren Missouri to
provide this service. The city shall pay to Ameren Missouri the amount
of the invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt.
