Those applications for the transfer of a non-municipal liquor license into the Township of Leet under and pursuant to the provisions of Pennsylvania law shall be completed on an application form prepared by the Township of Leet. Such form shall include information to be completed and returned by the applicant.

That applicant shall return the completed application form, together with a check payable to the Township of Leet in the amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Board of Commissioners.

1. 
Upon receipt of the completed application form and fee, the Township of Leet shall:
A. 
Establish a date and time for a public hearing on the application.
B. 
Post a notice of such public hearing on premises to which the license is to be transferred.
C. 
Cause a notice of such public hearing to be:
(1) 
Mailed to all property owners within 500 feet of such premises.
(2) 
Advertised in a newspaper of general circulation not less than 10 days prior to the scheduled public hearing.

The notice shall be prominently posted on the premises to which the liquor license is to be transferred and it shall be so posted for a continuous period of not less than 10 days prior to a hearing.

Township Board of Commissioners shall conduct the hearing at the date and time set forth in the notice and may, from time to time, adopt rules of procedure for such hearing, as they deem appropriate. Following the public hearing a written decision of Board of Commissioners shall be made within 30 calendar days.

This Part may be amended and supplemented by the Township Board of Commissioners from time to time.
