It appears to Township Commissioners that Keystone Collections Group
is qualified to collect earned income and local service tax.

The Township Commissioners consider it appropriate for Keystone Collection
Group to charge a fee of 1.42% of taxes collected for earned income
tax with the delinquent charges listed on attached Schedule A[1] and 1.75% of taxes collected for local service tax with
no fee for delinquent LST taxes.

Keystone Collections Group is appointed as earned income tax and
local service tax collectors for Leet Township with the fee schedule
as stated above.
