[At this time, the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough
of Edgewood do not receive a salary, although salaries for elected
officials are permitted under 53 P.S. §§ 46025 and
46001.]

The compensation to be paid by the Borough of Edgewood, Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania, to the Real Estate Tax Collector of the Borough
of Edgewood for the collection of Borough taxes assessed and levied
upon real estate in said Borough is hereby fixed at a salary of $7,925
per year. The fixed salary is payable biweekly, less standard payroll
deductions. The annual salary, as fixed by this article, is to take
effect with the collection of real estate taxes for the year 2014.
The Borough of Edgewood will provide space in the Edgewood Borough
Building for use by the Real Estate Tax Collector.
The Borough of Edgewood will pay directly to the vendor a tax
collector bond, and will pay for reasonable expenses of telephone
and postal service, office supplies, photocopying and printing associated
with the business of real estate tax collection, upon approval of
a purchase order and receipt of an invoice.
