D.
Interim period. For a two-year interim period the Town shall provide
a grinder pump for all new buildings not in existence or having a

The property owner shall install the grinder pump and connect to the

shall be pumped in accordance with District standards.
No person shall make connection of roof downspouts, interior
or exterior foundation drains, areaway drains, catch basins, sump

sewer or force main.
The applicant shall notify the Town or its agent, in accordance
with the connection permit conditions, prior to construction of the

materials or any other liabilities.
All excavations for building sewer installation shall be adequately
guarded with barricades and lights so as to protect the public from
hazard. Streets, sidewalks, parkways and other public property disturbed
in the course of the work shall be restored in a manner satisfactory
