No person shall hunt or fire, discharge, explode or set off
any firearm within the limits of the Town. Target shooting is prohibited
within the limits of the Town except where permitted, in writing,
by the Chief of Police of Randolph. With respect to firearms, this
section shall not prohibit the lawful defense of life or protection
of property nor be applicable to any law enforcement official acting
in the discharge of his/her duties.
