GENERAL REFERENCES
Streets and sidewalks — See Ch. 166.
Water — See Ch. 192.
No person shall construct or maintain any drain or conduit from any house, shop or other building, or from any vault, cesspool or cistern, to or upon any street or way so as to discharge water or other matter in or upon any such street or way, except when permitted in writing so to do by the Department of Public Works, under a penalty in accordance with the Fine Schedule.[1]

No person shall remove, damage, destroy or cause to be injured a grass and trash rack at or near any culvert maintained by the state or Town, under penalty in accordance with the Fine Schedule.[1]

There shall be no subdivisions or buildings constructed that use water or produce sewage within the Town without being connected to Town sewerage. Where public sewerage is not available, drainage work shall be completed and approved by the Planning Board prior to the conducting of soil and percolation tests on any lot therein.
