As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any commissioner, member of a public board or commission,
trustee, director, officer, employee, or any other person holding
a position by election, appointment or employment in the service of
the Town, whether or not compensated, but shall not include an independent
contractor. The term "employee" shall include a former employee, his
or her estate or judicially appointed personal representative.
The Town of Milo, New York.
The Town Attorney of the Town of Milo.
The Town Board of the Town of Milo.
The Town Supervisor of the Town of Milo.
