It shall be unlawful for anyone to bring an animal into the
Oakwood Park, whether leashed or not.
Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this article
shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $750 for each offense.
A separate offense shall be held to have been committed each day that
such violation shall occur or continue.
