The Planning Board of the Township has recommended the adoption
of an official map of roads and streets of the Township of Knowlton
entitled "Official Map of Roads and Streets of the Township of Knowlton,
Warren County, New Jersey, dated December 11, 1978, Scale one inch
equals 800 feet, and Prepared by Rodman Associates, P.E."; and by
the authority of the Municipal Land Use Law (1975) as set out in the
Revised Statutes of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-32; and the establishment
of an Official Map of Roads and Streets is hereby declared to be for
the purpose of conserving and promoting the public health, safety,
morals and general welfare of this municipality.
The map filed in the office of the Township Clerk, upon the
introduction of the ordinance entitled "Official Map of Roads and
Streets of the Township of Knowlton, Warren County, New Jersey, dated
December 11, 1978, Scale one inch equals 800 feet and Prepared by
Rodman Associates, P.E.," is hereby established and adopted as the
Official Map of the Township of Knowlton, pursuant to the authority
and written meaning of the Municipal Land Use Law (1975), N.J.S.A.
40:55D-32.
