A streetlight assessment is hereby levied on a front foot basis
on all property owners abutting dedicated Township streets whose property
is located within 150 feet of a streetlight located within the corporate
limits of the Township. Only that portion of the property within 150
feet of a streetlight will be used to calculate the assessment. Properties
within 150 feet of more than one streetlight may be assessed on a
front foot basis for each and every one of the lights benefitting
the property.

The rate to be assessed per front foot shall be set forth in
a resolution duly adopted by Board of Supervisors prior to December
31 of each year, with the assessment set forth therein applicable
to the next calendar year.

All revenues collected by assessment of streetlighting under
this part shall be used for streetlighting expenses only.
