1. 
The purpose of the RV Rural Village District is to recognize a grouping of existing residential development within the rural area of New Hanover Township.
2. 
Within the RV Rural Village District, a building may be erected, altered or used, and a lot or premises may be used when in conformance with the conditions of this chapter and the specific use, area and design regulations of this district.

1. 
Unless a maximum height regulation is stated in § 27-305, Use Regulations, for a specific use, no principal building or structure shall exceed 35 feet and 2 1/2 stories in height. Any building or structure accessory to a dwelling, which building or structure is located at the setback line applicable in the underlying zoning district, shall be limited to a height of 14 feet; however, the height of the building or structure may be increased by one foot for every two additional feet the said building or structure is located away from the setback line to a maximum height of 25 feet. For exceptions refer to Uses A1(3) [§ 27-305, Subsection 1, Use A1(3)], I6(2)(c) [§ 27-305, Subsection 9, Use I6(2)(c)], I8(3) [§ 27-305, Use I8(3)] and § 27-1910.
2. 
Unless a greater area or dimensional regulation is stated in § 27-305, Use Regulations, for a specific use, all uses in the RV Rural Residential Village District shall meet the following requirements:

3. 
Refer to § 27-2101, Natural Resource Protection Standards, to determine the building envelope.

No off-street parking spaces shall be located between the front facade of a principal building and the adjacent street.
5. 
The maximum floor area in any building devoted to an office use (E Uses) and/or commercial and consumer service uses (F Uses) shall be 4,000 square feet.
