A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain or for any property owner or occupant to allow to be erected or maintained on any property within the City, except property zoned for fence equipped with or having barbed wire, spikes, or any similar device or any electrical charge sufficient to cause an electric shock.
B. 
It shall, however, not be unlawful, under this Section to maintain a barbed wire fence so long as said barbed wire is at least six (6) feet above the ground and at least one (1) foot within the property line of the owner's or occupant's property and so long as said property is located within an industrial or business zoning classification.

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any item in the public rights-of-ways in the City of Cassville.
B. 
Violation of this Section shall be an ordinance violation.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle upon the airstrip at the Cassville Municipal Airport at any time, with the exception of necessary maintenance vehicles authorized by the City.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to litter property owned by the City by depositing or throwing any trash, litter, or debris upon the Cassville Municipal Airport.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass upon the airstrip at Cassville, Missouri, or to obstruct such airstrip in any manner or with any object at any time, with the exception of customary use by aircraft.
D. 
A violation of this Section is an ordinance violation.

A. 
Definitions. As used in this Section, the following terms shall have these prescribed meanings:
LOITER
To remain idle in essentially one (1) location and includes the concept of spending time idly, being dilatory, lingering, sauntering, delaying, standing around or hanging around.
PUBLIC PLACE
Any place to which the general public has access and a right to resort for business, entertainment or other lawful purpose, but does not necessarily mean a place devoted solely to the uses of the public. "Public place" also includes the front or immediate area of any store, shop, restaurant, tavern or other place of business and also public grounds, areas or parks.
B. 
A person commits the offense of loitering if he/she:
1. 
Loiters in such a manner as to obstruct any public street, public highway, public sidewalk or any public place or building by hindering or impeding the free and uninterrupted passage of vehicles, traffic or pedestrians; or
2. 
Loiters in such a manner as to interfere with the free and uninterrupted use of property or with the conduct of any lawful business.
C. 
Sleeping — Resting On Commercial Establishment Premises. No person shall sleep or rest in any area deemed a public place unless such area is designated for sleeping or resting, except with consent of the owner or proprietor of such premises.

A. 
The downtown park of the City of Cassville shall be closed during the hours of 12:00 A.M. through 6:00 A.M., except during special events sponsored by the City of Cassville Parks Department or by the approval of the City Administrator or his/her designee. The Cassville Family Center Aquatic Park and the Cassville Greenway Trail shall be closed during the hours of 10:00 P.M. through 6:00 A.M.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon or congregate in the City parks during said hours of closure.
C. 
Subsections (A) and (B) shall apply to the basketball, tennis courts and volleyball courts.
D. 
Violation of this Section shall constitute an ordinance violation.
