It shall be unlawful for boys or girls under 18 years of age, (such persons being defined for purposes of this Part as a child or children), to be or remain in or upon any street, alley, park, or public place in the Borough of Shillington other than that provided for in Ord. 571 of the Borough of Shillington [Chapter 16], after the hour of 11:00 p.m. and before the hour of 5:00 a.m., prevailing time on the day following, unless such child is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other person having legal responsibility of said child.

It is hereby made unlawful for any child, children parent, guardian
or any other person to violate any of the posted rules and regulations
adopted by the Borough in connection with the authorized use of any
parks or public places in the Borough of Shillington.

Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this
Part shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more
than $1,000 and costs of prosecution for each and every offense, plus
costs of all damages inflicted on property of the Borough and in default
of said fine and costs, to be imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
In the case of a minor, said parent, guardian or person having legal
care or custody of said minor who shall allow said minor to violate
any of the provisions of this Part shall likewise, upon conviction
thereof, be similarly sentenced.
