The Borough Engineer or his designee shall inspect all phases of
the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities
as deemed appropriate by the Borough Engineer.

During any stage of the work, if the Borough Engineer or his designee
determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are
not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management
plan, the Shillington Borough Council shall revoke any existing building
permits and issue a cease-and-desist order until a revised stormwater
management plan is submitted and approved, except as directed by the
Borough Engineer or Conservation District, as specified in this chapter.

A final inspection of all stormwater management facilities shall
be conducted by the Borough Engineer or his designee to confirm compliance
with the approved stormwater management plan prior to the issuance
of any occupancy permit.
